WHAT WE DO
MXD Arts works with ambitious leaders and teams who want to expand their impact, solve tough problems, and build more transformational cultures.
We do this through:
• Facilitating bold thinking for radical change
• Co-designing creative models to achieve goals
• Consulting to create long range strategies in vital areas
• Leading energized trainings to grow strengths
We thrive on mixing things up. Whether it’s generating vibrant ideas or developing collaborative, cross-disciplinary approaches to solving problems, we bring visions to life with new eyes. MXD Arts delivers a fresh and creative perspective on how to get things done.
We are CREATIVE
We have a background in the arts, and it shows. We design immersive experiences that are interactive, collaborative, and encourage play.
We are CONSCIENTIOUS
We love people and care about what drives your mission and culture. We bring flexibility and responsiveness to your problem, never one size fits all approaches.
We are ADVENTUROUS
We attack complex issues head-on, ask why, and push boundaries to achieve breakthroughs and help you reach your full potential.
We are STRATEGIC
We are thoughtful and deliberate about our approach. We prepare you for action, provide tools for success, and create lasting impact.
How might we work together?
Consulting with leaders and teams to build capacity and creativity
Leading strategic visioning and planning to address complex problems with powerful outcomes
Facilitating workshops, meetings, and retreats for ideation, training, and team building

WHO WE WORK WITH
At MXD Arts, we work with nonprofits, creative innovators, and social enterprises who want to
build better futures.
We collaborate with our clients to identify their needs and develop a plan for making their vision a reality. Then we get to work. Our engagements can last anywhere from a single day to several months. However long we spend with you, the effects will be lasting.
We live in the mountains of northern New Mexico and work with clients in person and virtually all over the country (and world!)
Why Nonprofits?
We understand nonprofits, their limited resources, and capacity. We know how to work with the unique challenges of nonprofit business and meaningful missions. Our experience with nonprofits uniquely positions us to co-create long-term plans for implementation rather than a single touch-point. We stay connected with our clients because we know that each organization depends on others in this ecosystem.
