WHO WE ARE
Kim Larkin is the Founder + Principal of MXD Arts.
Kim Larkin is an experiential futurist, facilitator, and strategist who guides global individuals, organizations, and movements to imagine possibilities and build positive futures. She employs human-centered, creative, and scientific approaches to prepare organizations for the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow. Kim has owned and operated multiple businesses, led nonprofits, and worked with Fortune 100 and 500 companies. She collaborates with the Applied Futures Lab, exploring data to map systems change models in future time horizons through a creative lens. Kim holds a Master's Degree in Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University, is a certified Lifecycles Capacity Consultant and Project Management Professional (PMP), and is trained in Futurecasting & Threatcasting. She is a deep nature explorer, expert napper, and sci-fi futures enthusiast.
